We needed a platform that could actually keep up.
Kalium 3 launched in 2015. For almost a decade we built it on ThemeForest, a one-time purchase model with no subscriptions, no coupons, no multi-site licensing. When we asked Envato for these tools, nothing happened.
Then Envato was acquired by Shutterstock. Their focus on WordPress themes and independent authors shifted. The writing was on the wall.

Do I have to switch? What if I just stay on Kalium 3?
You can stay, but Kalium 3 is in maintenance mode. It gets security patches, nothing more. No new features, no improvements, no roadmap. The codebase is 10 years old and falling further behind with every WordPress release. We built Kalium 4 so you don’t get left behind, and the 30% offer is our way of making that switch easy.
I’m on WPBakery. Will everything break when I switch?
Nothing breaks. WPBakery is fully supported in Kalium 4, we reworked the compatibility from the ground up. Your existing content carries over untouched.
