FranceI have been working with various WP themes since the early 2000’s. I am not a Pro by any means, but have built perhaps 10 sites or so for my businesses and/or personal and friends use. Kalium is hands down the most user-friendly, backend light weight and efficient themes I have worked with. Their support is truly superb. In todays “drive through, I want it now” world it is great to do business with people that take pride in their craft.

United StatesI have been using different themes for different projects and this is definitely a WIN in price, long-term relationship with a client, simpleness, Customer Service.
The fact of not having to pay for the updates, is just amazing. This is definitely what took me here. I have had so many problems with clients for constant payments… This is one thing less to worry about. It might be not the latests and the most fancy, but if you have taste, you can create all you need.

PolandI have been using Kalium since 2015 but only recently started to really dig into it. What can I say, as a graphic designer I love the quality of the theme.
You can opt to go for a very minimal yet aesthetic look or go completely widescreen and still maintain easy color palettes and such. Custom fonts from e.g. Google or Adobe further help you to give your website a distuingishable look.
Plus, after five years I now had to write the customer support and I got answers almost immediately. Awesome! I can highly recommend Laborator and this theme!

United KingdomKalium is a super flexible and adorable theme. I am using it for my own and for some client websites and love it very much! It’s easy and pure and offers all I need for a good customer experience. The support is outstanding! I contacted Laborator for a tiny question I couldn’t solve by myself and they replied within a day, fixed it and sent me a video of what they did and explaining what was the problem. I’m super thrilled and happy! Kalium is worth much more than it costs!

You can tell the developer is seriously working on this and interested in improving the theme should issues with third party add-ons arise which is unavoidable in the ever changing world of wordpress and even more so if you’re running a bunch of add-ons.
Many other devs immediately forward people to (affiliated and) expensive third party professional theme modification companies. And while I’m not saying those third party companies aren’t doing a good job or aren’t worth their pay, I like the hands on approach more.
I already purchased several licenses of this theme for this reason alone. And to be honest I’d rather support the theme devs than a third party company. This is to help the theme devs to maintain the theme in the future and help them to continue to provide awesome updates and make their theme even better.

Some themes require to download updates from envato. some themes bundled plugins are out of date don’t know when it’s going to be updated. It’s not really welcome due to the security reasons.
So this one is my main site theme and I highly recommend this theme for anyone just starting a wordpress site or frustrated by the current one you are using.

But furthermore the support team answered very fast even though it was the weekend. so i had a solution for that in shortest time. So i am very happy with that theme.

CanadaAs a photographer looking for a clean front page image driven site that also enables text to be dropped in, the portfolio design of Kalium is hard to beat. The support is also excellent. My site covers a lot of ground so pages need to convey a multitude of information quickly to a first time viewer. What I especially liked was the option of placing text under each of boxes. This is the kind of detail that makes the difference.

Personally I hate theme options when they come full of inputs for every single padding… Choose this theme if you want to avoid that! Options are really well organized, updates work like a charm, and support is 10/10. They keep improving the theme with new features to make our life easier so, what else?
